Importing PCL players in 1901

Tried to import some early PCL players and the usual fishemi41 no longer works
Saw that BBref now uses fisher002mi

My question is
Will they import naturally in 1903 if I have the PCL running with correct team IDs and no draft?

Players will only import automatically if you have the historical minors turned on and only then in the years they are set up to import for.

If I remember correctly, I don't think the PCL starts importing automatically till the the late 1910's

I have not tried with v21 but this method worked just fine for me in the past.

I think I found out a hard way of how OOTP now imports when I tried to add Independent and Asian leagues in 1998.

I got modern day teams and players...a lot of deleting needs to be done now
