Trading and my asst GM pet peeve

This has bugged me for years. I control all of my team's trades but I let my AGM (AI) give his opinion. So I am close to making a deal and my AGM says to ask for more. Now I try to add a prospect or late-round draft pick. He still wants more. So long way round I would like my AGM to give me a list of who I should ask for. The reverse of Make this work now. Maybe I am the only one bothered by this.

Yeah, the asst. GM is pretty much useless. Wouldn’t pay much attention. If the trade makes sense to you, do it

Yes, this is why he's the assistant and you're the actual GM.
