Can I follow the championshiop on ANDROID ?

Hi I noticed there's a OOTP app for android. Not sure how it works and what for. But I would be interested in followinb the PerfectTeam championship on my phone for when I'm away from my computer.

Do you think it is possible (one way or another)?

I took and installed the android app: OOTP Mobile Companion.
It's says to choose a universe ...

enter "Universe Name"

What should I enter ?
Then Universe CSV
Then Universe HTML

Help !

I've never used that app, but it should be the name of the league you're in. You can find that under Main -> Perfect Team Universe. The one you're in should be at the bottom.

Mine is "I167" for example, the I is for Iron.

That isn’t a real OOTP app. It’s a tool for some niche purpose that someone developed for their online league or something, and it would probably be best if it didn’t come up when you search “OOTP” in the App Store. OOTP Developments is still working on their official OOTP Go app, but it is not out yet.

I didn't know this screen. Cool. I'm R126. So now I understand that I need to climb the ladder to the top ! Interesting. The road seems long until I reach the Diamond :-)

Original ETA was “later this year” back in 2019. People were indignant when it didn’t come out “on time”, so to avoid more disappointments, OOTPD has changed their strategy and isn’t announcing an ETA until it’s close enough to done that they can set a firm date and start marketing.

OK. Hope it's still scheduled ... would be great to follow the championship from my phone in my bed :-) I'm in Europe and many games are played during bed time ... could wake up and sneak at results :-)

If you have a computer that's always on that runs OOTP, you can install Chrome Remote Desktop on it and on your phone, so that your phone can then control your computer.

1. Go into Perfect Team
2. Go to Main => Manager History and Achievements.
3. Click your most current year
4. This will open a link to your current season and will update for each simulation. Post season result will also be updated when running.
5. Copy the link and send it yourself. You can open it any browser.

The link will look something like this,
