Change to Pitcher Fatigue/Effectiveness in Tournaments

Hello folks, we will be deploying a change to Perfect Team on Friday, July 24th

In PT tournaments, we have adjusted pitcher effectiveness when they go past their pitch limits, and once they reach the exhausted stage, players who were listed to "bench for X days" may be brought into the game

So it's being adjusted... maybe tell us in which direction?

Will they be more effective or less effective than before? I would guess less, but you really didn't say.

Tired pitchers will pitch worse.

Stupid question, but how do you know a pitchers pitch count?

I am a little confused === what happens for pitchers that we have set a pitch count of 0?

If we want to bench certain players why must those instructions be ignored? Not everyone is trying to game the system. Just another change that is poorly explained although kudos for attempting to explain it.

If you want to bench certain RP's, thats fine. The exploit was users benching ALL relievers forcing the starter to go an extreme amount of pitches and being able to ignore the bullpen in Cap tournaments.

In reality, this change shouldn't have an extreme impact on users who weren't trying to game the system in the first place
