Is there an option I'm overlooking to have the 3D in game but not have the camera move and follow the ball? It gives me motion sickness. The last game I played was OOTP 19 and the 3D was cool but the camera didn't move in that one, it stayed steady behind home plate

You may want to change the camera settings and give it another try. Note in Blue's screen shot his camera speed 4 (mine is set at 2), transition time 0.0, and movement delay also 0.0.

This really smooths out the process and makes the game infinitely more watchable. With all of the patches I actually went back to default settings thinking it may have improved. No, not for me, still had the motion sickness effect. Immediately went back to the settings Blue shows in his screen shot, other than my speed at 2, and happily watching my games again.

Yes, adjust the speed also. Mine was at 2 for a while, but I'm finding 4 a little smoother on my system. Just experiment with the settings until you find the combo that works best for you.
