Is there a way to know if you are getting promoted before it happens?

Is there a way to tell (pass a threshold or certain record?) if you will be promoted, regulated or stay at the same level before it actually happens?

In other words, do I have to wait until tomorrow to find out or can I tell now?

Go to Standings and then click the PRO/REL tab. Teams being promoted have PRO next to the team name
