Bobfather All Star Starter Join Date: Jun 2016 Location: Boston Ma. Posts: 1,556	Scouting reports seem off. According to my scouting reports a .200 batting average is excellent. And pitchers with average and below-average ratings can anchor a rotation. Here are just a couple of examples. I can supply more if needed.
