For the past four days I have been unable to login to my online profile for Challenge mode or connect to my Perfect Team. It always says "Unable to Connect to Server, check internet connection and restart OOTP." I do not have an internet connection issue as I am able to operate online on dozens of applications without issue. The rest of the game works fine. I am on the most recent version of the game. Anybody else run into this issue?

A number of us have had this same problem. No one has offered any theories or fixes. Are you on Steam?

I am not, I downloaded from the website. I put in a ticket and they said it was a 3rd party problem, however, I have not received an update in several weeks even though they said they "think they know the issue." I certainly intend to ask for a partial refund as half of my game is inoperable this year which is very frustrating and disappointing.

Try this fix:
Goto https://support.sectigo.com/Com_Know...A01N000000rfBO scroll down to Root Certificates and download SHA-2 Root : USERTrust RSA Certification Authority. Run the file. Click install certificate, next and finish.
