Editing Schools

Does anybody have any advice into the mechanics of editing schools in the game? The schools.txt files have always included the University of Florida for example with ID number 479. This year the name was changed from Florida to University of Florida, but is still ID 479.

In the Explore Schools section of the game, the University of Florida does not exist and is replaced with Florida-Darlington Tech at the position Florida should be. Initial edits of the Schools.txt haven't worked.

What database, file, or table is the Explore Schools section drawing from so I can try to investigate the messed up connection?
