Help to upload league files for a Bug Report

Can someone tell me how to do this? I have been trying to get help for a problem, then I just ran across Marcus' post about complaints being ignored unless they have a league upload. I have no idea how to do that.

No, no, Bluenoser....I mean how do I actually do the process of uploading files. I am not real computer literate, so I dont how to actually do it.

Of note, not every report without a league file will be ignored, so depending on what exactly the issue is, it's worth at least reporting the issue (but a significant portion of the time, our first reply will be "please upload league files for us to have a look").
