Historical MiLB rosters incorrect

Hey guys,

Posted on the Historical Game forum as well.

I am trying to play a season as a historical MiLB team (2000 Round Rock Express), and the rosters are not correct.

Multiple players are not on the team that were not on the team in 2000, and multiple players are missing from the team that should be there.

I checked "Import Historical Minor Leaguers" and "Use Real Life Transactions".

Any idea what I am doing incorrect?

OOTP's historical minor leagues aren't set up for accurate rosters. Rather, the players that made up the 2000 Round Rock Express would be - at initial import - scattered throughout the Houston Astros' organization based upon AI evaluation. Presumably, though, you are GM-ing that organization, so - depending upon your manager settings - you should be able to decide which players are on the Express, and which players are on other teams in the organization...

Also, historical transactions apply exclusively (or almost exclusively) to major league players (although in most cases that would encompass major leaguers' minor-league careers). So what this means is that if you also intend to manage the Express with accurate rosters in 2001, etc., you'll need make some of the minor-league signings, releases, trades, etc., on your own.
