my ootp screen got resized (and full screen!) and I cant reach settings!

So i had changed the windowed screen to full screen to see if it enhanced game play. I logged in a couple times and didn't notice any difference so I went back to windowed mode. The next time I logged in, my screen was in full screen mode and way too large (the game settings button is off screen). I've tried adjusting my resolution and text size, to no avail. I even reinstalled but that didn't help.

I think I need to get into setting .doc and change a value there, but Steam does a good job of hiding it's game files so I haven't been successful in locating it.

Any help?

(Solved! So I added a wrinkle to the change computer resolution "fix" by rebooting the comp in the new (wrong) resolution setting, starting Ootp 21, then changing the computer resolution back to it's original setting while Ootp is still open.)

Normally, if I go to Windows settings and change the display size, I can get the full OOTP screen back. Then you can go back to Settings and shift back to your preference. You might have to close OOTP after the first shift to get it to work right.
