Online League Help

I was wondering if anyone can direct me to videos or tutorials about the most idiot proof set up and day to day implementation.

I want something where I can set things up firstly but am also interested in the following....

Whats the easiest web service/app to host a stream and maybe play head to head. My buddies and I are all over the US and want to get in a meet up and catch up with one another while ragging on one another's team. Ideally while we do some sort of head to head games.

Is there a way to uploads alerts or email people phones with the box scores or new headlines in game ? I think it helps with immersion if we were getting updates on the league like an ESPN phone alert. A web page where I can export the standings and leaders and stuff as well ?

Also ..... Is there an FAQ on a few particular leagues or something where they talk about how people run their leagues so I can adopt ideas for our league (If I dont get frustrated and abandon this whole idea)?
