Importing old games into OOTP 21 (Mac)

Hello, I have just bought OOTP 21 after I had previously been playing 19, however I am having trouble importing my games from 19 into 21. I am on Mac, and I downloaded the OOTP 20 demo to import my games from 19, but cannot find how to import the games from 20 into 21.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Can anybody give me advice about how to import on Mac in OOTP 21?

Mac forces a sandbox feature now that doesn't allow most programs to access files outside of their file structure. It's pretty irritating but not something we can change, as it's how the Mac OS is designed.

I believe that if you copy the save you want to import directly into the OOTP21 saved games directory though, you should be able to load it from there. You can find where this is by going to settings > troubleshooting and clicking the button to display the saved game folder.

I tried this. Gave me an error message. Note that I did import these games into OOTP 20 (without buying the game), but these were the messages I got.
