Organizational Depth Chart page
When I set this to PROSPECTS ONLY, sort by POTENTIAL, I get what I hope to know. However, this list continues to confuse me. When I look at the positional rankings, they don't match the TOP PROSPECTS at the bottom left of the screen.
For example, the top Starting Rotation Prospect does not even appear on the lower left TOP PROSPECTS list. He is followed by the highest TOP PROSPECT on the list (#92). At CF, the Depth Chart lists them #177, #bottom of the list, #130. What is going on? I'd like to use this, however it makes no sense. I can't remember it being any better seasons into a sim, either.

Prospects only by potential is your scouts ratings and not the OSA rankings

Further, when I go to the TOP PROSPECTS report--a list of the 30 highest prospects, This same disparity exists. The starter at the top is #25 in my organization.
