New to Game

Second year playing this game, would like to gain a better understanding on how to build a team. What are the types of stat categories that need a good focus on. I am in the low silver tiers and 91 Chris Sale is performing awful and I see other pitchers in the 60's throwing like Cy Young. What do I need to do to help my team. Is working the auction house to flip cards something anybody does with any success. Any help is appreciated

Looks like your pitchers are getting hurt more by BABIP than anything. The performance by FIP is not so bad. Maybe work on your defense up the middle.
