No Animation for First Batter

In about 10% of watched 3D games the play by play scrolls, but no animation occurs. I have seen multiple outcomes (HR, 2B, 1B, infield 1B, Flyout, Groundout, Strikeout) occur without animation. The game proceeds normally after this missing animation.

After 2 weeks of trying finally caught it as a replay.
When running the replay, the animation does not run either. Below is the clipboard after the replay.

The animation does not fire for the first batter only. After that the animation works properly for the rest of the game.

I was coming here to see if anyone else was having this issue, except that I've had it with every game I've watched in the last month or so.

Do you have the "pan stadium camera" (I think that's what it's called) on?

I had this happen in some stadiums and not others. First AB would have a grey screen and then after the play it would return to normal.

Turned off the "pan camera" and first batter was back.

I don't know if this came up in a patch and now occurs in all stadiums or just in certain ones. I had "pan" on with no issues for a time but when it happened in two straight games I tried turning it off, it worked around the issue, and I haven't had it turned on since.

At least in my case it looks like the camera location is just wrong, same as when you try to adjust it in the editor and back it out of the stadium losing view of the field. I hadn't reported it, thought it was maybe just me, and frankly the pan was so short and quick I thought it was better to not have it. If it is the pan feature and they fix it I hope they make it a longer pan so you get a good view of the stadium.

Long winded I know, sorry. But thought it might be the cause of your issue?
