Actual games wont launch/crash

Hello, I just installed this amazing game today, Got everything loaded up fine, picked my historical league, no issues. For some reason why I go to start an actual game or watch a replay of a past game, it immediately shuts the game down. I have tried rebooting and adjusting some settings but nothing.
I have a PC - 12gb ram i think 3.0 processor but I dont know computers that well.
Any advice for a rookie?

I'm having the exact same problem. I can't actually play a game on OOTP 21. I can on previous versions, but I can only sim on OOTP 21. I'm not sure what to tell you unfortunately, but if anybody has answers, we would love to hear them.

Is the requirements to run this years game similar to former years? Its frustrating to say the least.
