Gonna make a new (European) fictional league - Ideas?

I haven't hammered out a new fictional league in like 7-8 years since I first developed a no-trade league league with a draft similar to the NFL and a salary cap that makes every signing really crucial (with guaranteed contracts). I'm gonna take that same concept of drafting near fully developed players and limited minors but gonna build a league with limited trading available. I'm gonna place the league in Europe, which my original design for my last fictional league covered, but after my first few versions of the league didn't work I hastily created a new one in America using some good pre-made logo and uni sets.



OOTP customization has developed a lot since then and I've scarcely kept up with all the things it can do. The big things that have changed are stadiums and I believe (but haven't delved into) logos and unis. Looking for recommendations as far as good logo/uniform sets to look for and also if anyone has great stadiums for a European setting.
