Entire roster frikked up

I logged in to PT21 to see how my team -- battling hard for a playoff berth -- was doing.

I was confronted by a roster full of.... not my players. Not a single one. Everything else appeared to be fine -- the standings were for the right league, my team leaders were correct, etc etc. But it was an ENTIRELY different roster -- top to bottom -- INCLUDING reserve cards. And when clicking the hyperlink for the team leader cards, a totally different card, or sometimes a placeholder, would open. The lineups / pitching roles were full of wrong players and placeholders too.

I did the usual -- log out and in, restart, validate through Steam, delete cache files, log in and out again, revalidate, and so forth. Didn't do anything.

I went back to my collection on the main PT21, and my cards were there -- but deactivated. Did I mention it was about 6 minutes until the last week (presumably) of the season was about to be simmed?

I activated as many as I could (PLEASE add a "select/tag all" button of some kind to that screen!!!), and went back to roster management.

Now I had the same bunch of totally-not-mine players plus the ones I had hastily activated. I used the "let AI set active roster/lineups" and, of course, it failed out because I didn't have enough (valid) players for a full lineup.

Back to the collection screen, when suddenly all my good cards (gold and above) reappeared -- deactivated. I activated them, and they did show up back in my roster management screen....

... locked out for 14 days, because the dummy team had "deactivated" them.

One thing to note: I didn't submit any of these rosters. (I don't know if they are auto-submitted when quitting PT or not.) So it may be that the simulating roster is still the correct, real one (fingers crossed).

Otherwise, there are seven days left in the season, a season in which I'm clinging to a wildcard spot by 2 games or so. It will be a small miracle if I can hang on to that spot with what essentially is my AA team (if that is, indeed, the roster that's being used).

I feel totally screwed.

It seems like it's some kind of database record mismatch error or such. I don't know the files to submit for PT debugging (vs. those for the main OOTP game, which I do know), so let me know what I need to look for/upload (if necessary). (I am "daver4470" on PT.) Danke schoen!
