File saved as separate league file

So my game file was working great the last few days, but for some reason today i was having some issues with saving. Kept having different error messages regarding autosave problems and database problems. So i dug deeper and noticed that my game file was saving as its own league file (see attached image) and it was NOT saving within the "saved_games" folder as it normally would. Any idea why this might have happened so that i can avoid it in the future?

Further information: When i load up OOTP 21 normally, it does not have this save file as a load option. However, when i go within the folders and select this league file (only works if OOTP 21 is not running), it boots up the game and brings me to my game file on the date that i left it.

And again, this is all new as of today. It was not a problem the last two days
