Duplicate Coaches

After simming my first season and checking the Personnel section for the new coaches that were added, there were several that I had to manually delete because they were already in the game (Chris Woodward, Alan Mills, etc.). I was hoping that this would be fixed in this version. Is it not possible to link personnel to their player profile so that they don't get created again?
