1994 Blue Jays: The Quest for a 3-Peat
I often wonder how the 94 season would have been if the Jays didn’t decline as they did following their 2nd straight title. They were getting older, but still had a solid core of Alomar, Hentgen, Olerud, White, Guzman, and Sprague in their primes.
Meanwhile, Carter, Molitor, and Stewart we’re still around with their veteran leadership. Also, with prospects such as Carlos Delgado and Chris Carpenter, the future had something.
Well, time to replay history and hope that with some better luck and player performance, the Jays compete for a three peat!
