OSA Scouting vs HEAD SCOUT

Guys is there any way to lock in using the OSA Ratings instead of my scout? We have the option of clicking in between the two obviously, but when I change screens, it reverts back to my scout.

I've found the most foolproof way is going to free agents, choosing the one you want and going back to your team. Usually locks it in unless you go back there and change it.
