Options for limiting starters

If I want to play around with "bullpenning", beyond opener/closer, is there a way, in OOTP21, to limit a pitcher to a certain number of innings or times through the order? I know I can use pitch counts, but that doesn't really do the same thing.

Basically, I would like to use a 3 pitcher starting rotation, but limit the starter to, for example, 3 innings. I do not play many games out manually, so I would prefer to be able to put the strategy in place and let the AI handle it for me.

There isn't in OOTP20... but there is in OOTP21. You can set a player strategy for max batters faced. So you could set a guy to have a limit of 80 pitches or 18 batters faced, and he'll be pulled when he reaches the first of those limits.

Sweet! It is a strategy that I think would be interesting to try out.
