Defensive Focus Game Settings Option

I've noticed more and more than the AI loves defense above all else. It will sit a significantly better hitter for a marginal edge on defense. We should be able to tune this along with rotation usage and closer usage et al league wide.

I think not only adding this to the overall AI tendencies in the game, but a slider should be added in the team strategies page so a commish should be able to set this team to team to reflect different managers' strategies in the game.
