error messages unable import fighters info

Can someone tell me how to get the updates, re. fighters data, fighter bio's & importing fighter ratings .....Here is what i have done I installed TBCB 2.5, , I installed 2.5.27 update patch and went into config.ini and changed to :
Domain=tbdata.titleboutboxing.com .
I then start TBCB and clicked on Update on opening page and Get following Error messages

.1.Error importing fighter data records:Invalid data or error writing record to file.

2.Error importing rating records:Invalid data or error writing recored to file

3.Error importing fighter biography records: Invalid data or error writing record to file..
any help deeply appreciated......thanks Ed/bbroham
