Can I turn off the historical lineups?

I'm replaying the 1993 season. I mistakenly turned on the historical lineups feature. Can I turn it off once the simulation has started?

I clicked on the option in order to get the computer teams to carry out trades at the right time. I didn't realize it would lock me into transactions and lineups. Yeah, I can override, but it's a pain.
