Shared Amateur Draft Doesn't Create Players of All Nationalities in Association

I've got a 13 nation Association with foreign limits and a shared draft. The ammy draft pool doesn't generate players with nationalities of all of the leagues in the association, though. It seems to only generate players of nationalities of a couple of the leagues.

This is causing teams to not be able to fill out their rosters, and I have to manually create fictional free agents of each nationality.

I believe in an association, even with a shared amateur draft, it will only create players based on the draft rules of the top league in the association, which I believe in your case would be the primera liga. So you may need to modify your player origin settings for that league in order for a shared draft to function properly.

So you may need to modify your player origin settings for that league in order for a shared draft to function properly.
