always full screen

Trying to give 19 a go and have noticed (forgot about this) that the game is always in a full screen mode, meaning I cant minimize the screen to say check the Internet, of if Im at work, jump between screens.
Unless im missing something the only way I can leave game is to quit game or ALT/CRT/DEL

this must be an obvious thing im missing.

If the length and/or the width of the game's chosen resolution is equal to or wider than the screen resolution's length/width, it'll be forced into full-screen mode. So either switching to a smaller one for the game (start screen-Settings-Window Size) or a larger one for your screen will prevent that.

If you are in fullscreen mode you can also use ALT+TAB to flip between open applications.
