Simple Salary Cap League

I would like to create a fictional league where the only things I have to worry about from the Financial perspective are the players salary demands/contracts and a Salary Cap.

If I turn on Salary Cap, but turn Financials off - will that eliminate the big market/small market features? Will that then force every team to adhere to whatever Salary Cap I set it at?

Teams can't have a "cap" with financials "off", not that I am aware of atleast.

if you turn financials off, there will be no salaries to cap...

however, if you turned financials off, and then set your salary cap to zero, i think you'd be good to go.

Just give all the teams monster numbers in the financial screen (for merchandising income and the like) and make all the markets really big.

tyketime -- this is something I've been asking for for quite some time now....

Hopefully at some point enough people will ask to make it worth their time...
