Where is the Promotion/Relegation Screen?

Someone please tell me how to access the Promotion/Relegation screen in OOTP20. Can not find it so I need step by step. I know I found it in the past.

Choose "Game" at the top of the screen... choose Game Settings from the dropdown menu.

then follow this path: > League Settings > Options.

The Promotion/Relegation works well in my North Island Recreational League... I manually take care of promoting and relegating teams... that was the advice I got when I first set it up in my league.

Thank you but I am looking for the promotion/relegation for Perfect Team.
I don't even see the "game" part anywhere.
Were you talking about perfect team?
