I was looking through the free agents in my historical league(1992) and found Randy Johnson in bright red. He had a career ending injury (torn tricep or something). The funny thing was, it wasn't even in a major league game. He was drafted by the Dodgers and had good years in 1988 and 1989. The Dodgers then inexplicably sent him to the minors for the next three years. At the time of his injury he was 7-0, 1.something era. They had 3 starting pitchers with losing records in the bigs. Amazing. Just makes you wonder now what might happen.

EVERYTHING the Dodgers do is inexplicable.

Had they brought him up and had he gone 1.something in the Show, the Dodgers would have then felt obligated to trade him for some guys with no power and an middle infielder with a bad glove.
