Question on 3D Simulation

Is it possible to have the pitcher, batter and current line-ups appear during play-by-play?

When I click on "Show/hide batter" the image appears or disappears, but as soon as PbP starts the image is gone, no matter what I select.

Is there anything I am missing?

To make it clearer:

I'd like the two marked boxes (batter, pitcher and line-ups) to appear during PbP

But another stupid question: How did you get these camera views into the game

Catcher Cam I created myself, the rest are already there after the latest patch.

Not all Stadiums have the CF & HP, they only added those to some. I believe it's possible to copy them from one stadium to another. Have never tried myself though.
