New to Perfect Team

Hi everyone. Im new to perfect team and am loving it so far. I have a quick question. Some of my cards have a little green arrow or a little red arrow with a number next to it. Obviously I know that it means the rating are better (green arrow) or worse (red arrow). My question is if I get another card of that same player will those green or red arrow numbers change? Or are they always the same? Thanks

Player ratings change on Mondays depending on the performance in real life of the players. The green arrows indicate that the overall rating of the player has gone up since the beginning of the season. Red shows that it has gone down.

And to answer part of your post more precisely, every LIVE card of the same player will have the same rating. There's no range or variance. Only LIVE card will have this kind of in-season adjustment because, well, they are LIVE cards. All cards from other sets have static rating.
