Auction Question
If you put a player on the auction block he is removed from the roster. If no one buys him or you cancel the auction he is placed on the reserve roster and he has to wait to be moved to the active roster. IMHO this is silly. You are being punished for trying to sell a player.
Can you imagine in real MLB the coach telling a player that he can't play for a few days because we are trying to trade you. Can someone explain the logic behind this? |

What if the item sells when you are away from your computer and you are away with an invalid roster or a big hole on your roster? It's a safety mechanism for both the game and you IMO.

But why put him in the reserve roster and make you wait to play him again? I put a guy on the auction and he did not sell in 12 hours so I took him off. He was a 80+ rated pitcher and I did not want to go that long without him so I sold him. (this actually worked out, as I bought a pack with the grand I got for him and ended up getting a better player in the pack) |

So people can't just take their tired players, move them to the reserve roster and then move then back one game later.

And even moving them to the reserve because they are tired they will still be tired in the reserve... |

It's the same reason. Otherwise you could just throw them on the auction house for a ridiculous price to swap in for someone else, then cancel the auction and add them back in with no penalty.

The rule makes sense to me.
