Importing player pics (no face gen)

I want to import player pics. No face gen.
1977 MLB PHOTO PACK - v4.2

To use this photos pack in OOTP Baseball, empty the contents of the "players" folder into saved games---->(name of game)--->news--->html--->images--->person pictures.

Complete
I see no way in the game setting to load all the pics.
I can only open a player and do it manually.

Please tell me there is another way.

I don't understand why I can't load real managers and owners and ballparks. It's a historical replay.
Apparently the Cleveland Indians have trademarked the letter C. So you have to delete the logo for 1977 and import the actual logo.
