Uninstall and Reinstall OOTP 20?

Could somebody please walk me through the process of uninstalling and then reinstalling OOTP20? When I installed the game once bought none of the players have their names on their individual pages or when you hover their names on the box score. The little stat box comes up with their stats and faces but no names. That goes for the individual leaders categories. The players are listed but you have no idea what category they're actually leading. I have no idea how to uninstall and then reinstall. Thanks for any help in advance!

Mac? PC?

Windows?

Steam or Not?

How did you install it the first time? For Windows, use control panel to uninstall program, then reinstall the same as you did initially.

I installed by going to the OOTP Store and buying the game.

Start OOTP - Unlicense the game.

Exit OOTP

Use Windows Control Panel to uninstall the program.

Then reinstall the same way you installed the first time.

Start OOTP, relicense. (Same number you used originally)
