Box Score Comment
In the box scores, there is no mention of a blown save by a pitcher.
Also, the box score indicates a hold for a pitcher it doesn't indicate the number he has like for saves (SV,14). I know the player card has the info for both of these stats....isn't this info usually seen in MLB boxscores? I guess I'll know in a couple of days. |

I's agree with you there. I'd love to see those numbers on the box scores as well.

Are 'Holds' accounted for? I think i remember them being recognized in the Box Score, but not kept track of over a players career.
For some reason, im always big on a MR's <b>HLD</b>'s. |

How come holds aren't saved in player's career stats? I can only see what they did in the past year and the current year.

Would love to see this too 'cause it gives more flavor. I have suggested it in numerous occasions but to no avail thus far.

They probably aren't in "career" stats because there has to be a limit on what is kept for that long of a period of time and you'll have to admit that it isn't a "major" stat.

its becoming more and more important as time passes.
The "setup" man's stat. They need something to brag about, right? They don't get any saves, nor can they be credited for wins. ![]() I wonder if a hold of a hold of a save of a victory should be separated and tracked!
