Players Name Missing Etc.

I bought and downloaded OOTP20. I selected "New Standard Game". What I found was the following. None of the players names appear on their personnel pages. When you hover over their names on the box score the box appears with their faces and status but no name. On MLB stat page the individual leader categories have no names. Example: Homeruns, Walks etc. The players status and faces appear but you can't determine what category they're actually leading in. I haven't even got to the point of playing a game yet. I sent am email to Tech. Support but haven't heard back yet. Does this issue sound familiar to anybody? There's no possible way I can play a season with what I described. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Never heard of it or seen it happening.

Must be something with your install or your universe. I would do an uninstall. Reinstall. And setup a new universe/game from scratch.

Thanks Jimmy, Could you please walk me through how to uninstall and then reinstall OOTP20? I bought and played OOTP19 last year and didn't have one problem. I'm pretty computer illiterate so if you could walk me through it I would really appreciate it. Thanks again !
