What are the exact hours EST on Monday that I can change my ballpark factors?

Title

I have tried for 5 seasons in a row and I'm always asleep. I check to change them too early, or I go to bed and wake up too late to change them for the following season.

So, what exactly are the hours where I can change my ballpark factors? I want to change to a pitching and defense park...

you can change them any time sunday after you are out of the playoffs ...and for the start of the season i think its april 11th for the last day you can change .. so you get 5 hours to then to switch too ... not sure how you are always missing the time window unless you sleep a lot and are also always making deep runs

literally any time between your last game of the playoffs and the 10th game of the next season

that is a huge window, how can you possibly miss it if you are trying

Work, sleep, relations with my wife and kids. The usual. And I have checked on game 4 of the season and I couldn't find a way to change the factors so I assumed it had to be done between seasons, and I don't technically know when a season "starts" on mondays. It seems to start when I'm asleep or otherwise occupied. I'm super busy on sundays and I have to go into work extremely early on Mondays (it's our busiest day).

It makes it hard to compete well in the playoffs, but I don't mind much. I just enjoy making the playoffs in the first place. But lately my pitching staff has been giving up tons of homers so I wanted to make it more of a pitcher's park because I'm quite content with my roster for the time being.

Can someone help me with this? I just got bounced from the playoffs, but I cannot edit my ballpark factors. I have checked every menu, and the only access to ballpark dimensions does not let me edit anything... This is the screen I see. Is it the correct one?

Oh last question...

Higher numbers in the slots means more of that hit will happen right? So if I want a pitchers park I use below 1.000?? And a hitters park is above 1.000?
