CraigBShuman Minors (Double A) Join Date: Mar 2015 Posts: 125	Historical Personnel screens not populated Started a historical game beginning in 1972. Checked the box for using complete scouting system. My personnel screen lists my scouting director as "vacant". Clicking on the vacancy brings me to the available personnel screen. Used the pull down menu for preferred occupation. However, HC, PC, and Scout are not populated. Same is true if I use the staff search menu command. Anyone else have this problem? Is this a bug or user error?
