MULTIPLE job offers. Anyone else?

I havent gotten a newer computer yet as I have posted about, so I have been goofing and dickering with OOTP '19 on the one I still have. And something strange is happening....I sim seasons for kicks just to see who signs with or gets traded to different teams and I get a ridiculous amount of job offers thru the simming.
I can get like four on one day. I delete them all and continue simming. The very next day I get like forty five, all at once! I delete them. I go on simming. Two days later I get ten or twelve. I delete them and continue simming. The very next day I get four or five.
Is this a bug? It gets pretty annoying. This happening to anyone else??

If you turn on commissioner mode you won't get any job offers.
