Good point/ bad point tactical role

Hello,

I have a question for the tactical role.

When choosing a role (for example Two-Way Defenceman) there are attributes in red and green. (for the example passing, puckhandling, off read, stickchecking, def read, balance and speed in red, positioning in green).

Is the attribute in red important or decreases? Same for green!

The red ones are important to being successful at the role, and the green one is the most important one (so it's weighted a little more heavily when evaluating how good the player is at the role.)

That wasn't clear to me either, I kept wondering why there were ratings highlighted in red (I took that to be a negative as well).

Maybe it would be a good idea to switch to blue and green, with green still being the most important rating?
