What a comeback!
After some minor changes and a 7-game losing streak to fall into fourth place, I tinkered with my staff and changed a bench hitter into an extra pitcher because I noticed my pitchers were getting fatigued rapidly.
What a change it was! ![]() |

Several sims later and I'm at 17 in a row! I think my highest before this was 10 or 11 W-streak. What's psyching me upso much isn't just the win streak, but that it's brought me into serious contention after I thought for sure I was playing for 4th place...
What about you guys? |

How many pitchers did you have? 10?
Looks like you added talent as well?

I regularly swap between 11 and 12 pitchers. I lost 6 in a row and noticed my entire staff was tired going with 11 P and a longer bench so I added a long reliever (Mark Langston/Cal Quantrill) and every 5th game switched to a 6-man rotation so Quantrill would get every 6th start along with the innings in between. It really balanced out my staff and decreased fatigue as well. On the downside it required an enormous amount of micromanaging for a few days. |
