Saved lineups not working in OOTP 19

I've noticed that if I change the default saved lineup with a custom one, and then play a game, it does not use the new saved lineup. In OOTP 18, I had no issues it remembering a custom one that has replaced a default lineup.

We'd probably need to see your league files, or at least a screenshot of the relevant screens to figure out what's going on here. Thanks!

Here are 2 screenshots, the first one is the vs. RHP DH default. I intentionally put the Catcher at the top of the line up. The second one is the one that came up when I started the game. It has replaced the #9 hitter Carl Crawford with Scott Van Slyke. Van Slyke is supposed to be used 'every 15th game', but the Dodgers record is 13-12 -- so this is the 16th game for the Dodgers. Shouldn't Carl Crawford still be in the starting lineup?
