Where do I see the player devlopment...like if his ratings changed during the minors?....Also I heard that you will get an email if one of your players improves....is this true?..and if it is..is it often? cause i haven't gotten any yet...

If "talent" increases you see it in "player development" under team reports.

You will get an e-mail if there talent improves i.e from Fair to Average but not if there ratings improved i.e from 5 to 6. I don't know if there is a way from within OOTP to track these changes.
Now for another suggestion from CM. The ratings are color coded to show in season changes. Green for up, red for down. Todd |
