I thought it said this function was fixed in the new patch.

No, they said they fixed the Perfect league universe display bug. Looking at other leagues is functionality that doesn't exist. I thought they said it would be included in OOTP 20. I don't recall anything being said about OOTP 19.

They said they were working on it. The problem apparently is that by including all the information the league file starts to get really really big. So they are trying to figure out how to balance file size and available info
