is this feature active yet? Where it sorts you into the same league if you are at the same level as your friends?

I may have missed this, but is this feature still planned for perfect team 19 or is that going to come out with ootp 20?

Well, it's an approach/avoidance conflict. It would be fun to be in the same league, but I'm not really crazy about playing his team.
