Ranking Batters

Does anyone do rankings for all the batters? I just started a spreadsheet putting in every player I could find in my league and auction house (80+ players along with a few others that are very good players below 80). I was wondering if someone would share who they have as their top 5 1Bs so I can see how they compare. I will tell you mine . I may not have some 1Bs on my list though since I might not be able to see their stats.

I created formulas for each position weighing it on what I feel was most important. Just curious to see if my formula rankings are close with others.

My overall top 5 1B: Roger Connor, 92; John Olerud, 93; Dan Brouthers, 93; Jeff Bagwell, 100; Freddie Freeman, 91.

I personally have minimums for defense, so I would remove Connor and Brouthers and put Rod Carew, 82 and Norm Cash, 94.

I don't have Roger Connor or Dan Brouthers so I can't rate them. Of the cards I have ratings for my top 5 are:

1. George Sisler 91
2. John Olerud 93
3. Jeff Bagwell 100
4. Albert Pujols 89
5. Todd Helton 88

How about ranking batters that cost 2,000 PP's or less and vs RHP and vs LHP? Some batters are very costly to obtain and really not worth being on the list if many players can't afford them.

I do build that in as well, based on what level I'm looking for. Currently I'm in the 5000 PP or less bracket, but it depends on the team. Here's my top 5 1B, basically silver or lower: Keith Hernandez, 78; Adrian Gonzalez, 78; Keith Hernandez, 77; Whit Merrifield, 76; Ryan McMahon, 74.

I don't do anything with splits just because of the time/likelihood of gathering it for enough players.

Freeman really that good? I saw him for 4.5k today and almost jumped for it.
